Three delicious varieties of wild venison charcuterie, sliced and ready to enjoy. Our selection includes Sloe & Garlic Wild Venison Salami, Wild Venison Chorizo and Wild Venison Pepperoni, all together in one easy sharing pack.

Made locally using our wild venison by The Real Cure in Dorset, our Wild Venison Charcuterie Selection brings together three different cured meats, each showcasing the rich flavour and versatility of wild venison in a slightly different way.

Inside you'll find:
Sloe & Garlic Wild Venison Salami
Rich and savoury with the fruitiness of sloe and a hint of garlic.
Wild Venison Chorizo
Smoky, gently spiced and seasoned with sweet smoked paprika.
Wild Venison Pepperoni
A flavour packed, peppery addition to complete the selection. 

Everything comes pre sliced and ready to eat, making it incredibly easy to put together a proper charcuterie board at home. Add good Cheese, crackers, chutney, pickles and perhaps a glass of something alongside it, and you're sorted!

Each 150g pack serves approximately 3 to 4 people, or stretches a little further as part of a larger spread with bread, Cheese and other accompaniments. It is also brilliant for picnics, drinks with friends or simply picking at straight from the pack.
